Confidentiality

a. The Materials provided in the Architect Zone are confidential and proprietary to EcoWindows.

b. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Materials and not to disclose them to any third party without the express written consent of EcoWindows.

Disclaimer of Warranties

a. The Materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

b. EcoWindows does not warrant that the Materials will be error-free or that access to the Architect Zone will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

a. In no event shall EcoWindows be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Architect Zone or the Materials.

Indemnification

a. You agree to indemnify and hold EcoWindows harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Architect Zone or the Materials.

Termination

a. EcoWindows reserves the right to terminate your access to the Architect Zone at any time and for any reason.

Governing Law
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut.
